This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
First wallpaper in quite some time, and I'm quite pleased with it.
I have a long time love for the tv series House MD, which mainly stems from my absolute adoration of Blackadder. So whilst browsing the fanpages as one does, I stumbled on a promotional poster with the main characters displayed in shards. I fell in love with the idea, and had been struggling with ideas for wallpapers, so decided to implement it in a KH wall. The original idea originally brought to mind the line "I want to line up the pieces - yours and mine." but I then recalled a novel entitled What Becomes of the Broken Hearted? by Alan Duff, a famous New Zealand writer. This really tied in with Roxas' story (Broken Hearted = Nobody), and the idea of everything falling apart as it does in KH2...
Something's missing...I just don't know what. Either way, this is a really nice wallpaper =) Great concept and a well chosen font to boot =)

I think you hav mix different kind of texture and style of pictures mix them around...i think it will be better if you just throw your pic around(like abit more messy) rather than just putting it in order nicely unless you hav a reason for it...but overall great idea!keep it up!

Nice wallpaper, the fund is left black super ... and those shots you made collages are great, good gradient effect, given a lot of softness to wallpaper ... and incidentally the source put it combines to perfection. Well done man. Greetings
Nice wall concept. I wish you'd link the image you used of the House M.D. promo image because I love House too! But anyway... off topic...
I kinda wish all the images were of the same quality/style in terms of either all 2-D sketch like... or all 3-D cutscene images... but I can understand how the images you chose were difficult to unify since they're all excellent emotional images of their own.
So with that aside, I really like the concept you did, and the title you chose is fitting for the wall. I think the main bigger shard image of Sora in the middle is perfect for the wall and you did a great job. Nice work!

A very interesting and unique concept. I really like it. The shattered pieces of the characters are formed together sort of like a mosaic or collage. I also noticed how only Sora & Roxas (I think that's their names) are the only ones without the 3D picture style. I think it would look better if all the pictures were a similar style. Also I think what would be a cool idea is have each character's picutre depict a different emotion maybe? Like pain, defeat, lost of hope, etc. Well ,that's just a suggestion, no need ot take it if you don't want to.
Basically good job on the wallpaper! I'll be looking forward to more of your work!
