Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

i'm hoping for you to put more creativity on your first wall. here in AP, we love to see good walls. it's ok, this your first attempt at wall making. try to do better one next time.
There's a lot of problems with this wall in it's current state. First, the trickling lettering from The Matrix, a very dry and unoriginal idea. Second, don't bring them over top of your character. You cannot blur C.C. if your focal point is going to be C.C., which in its current state it is. Make sure C.C. is fully distinguishable and that she stands out more than the trickling words. Third, the words look flat out awful. They're in a terrible font, terrible tone of color, terrible writing, just terrible in all, and in need of an immediate fix. Fourth, vector the character, because the quality of C.C. right now is very very poor. Fifth, add something. Even if you fix the aforementioned four problems, the wallpaper is still bland. Very bland, and that's something you have to change. You've got a lot of work ahead of you, so get to it. Good luck.

Right. Even when is your first try, is not a very good wallpaper. The use of transparency bring usually nothing good. Also the quality of CCs scan and the text is discutabile as well.
As was suggested, search for some tutorial to improve your skills.
Righty Right.First you cannot collab with urself.How is that possible.Think it over.Coming to the wallpaper the scan does not go with the background not even 1 bit.Its not a matrix type scan.U gotta search for one if you want one ^^.The text isnt clear and i can barely read it out.So thats a no good.Also its positioning is bad so please re-arrange it.Basically: Do the whole wallpaper again.This time have some creative ideas in your mind ^^.Animepaper requires quality not quanity.So try quality
Oh and you also didnt put your Sig on the bottom or any part of the wallpaper.U have to put it indicating that its your wallpaper not ripped.

I don't think the matrix style works for this wallpaper and the text makes it look worse to me. But if you work on it, it might come out nice, like some other ones i have seen using this style.
