This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Well, it has been a long time since my last wallpaper. School and all.
Too many WIPs is also killing me... I decided that I would finish this one first, since the vector was like 75% done, so I just continued it and here it is.
However, I hope I can finish another WIP for scenic school scene competition, which is now about 30% finished.
About the other stuffs...
The vector took about 325 layers, and the rest... well, about 20 layers I suppose (along with the textures and stuffs)

Yeah, since the eye was kind of bad looking, I decided to make it closed =p
This wallpaper is so cute, I wish my first kiss would have been this beautiful with the angelic glow of the moon and the flower petals blowing in the cool summer wind. It's a great wall you did a awesome job. B+

...the guy's eye area should have more lines but then overall I love the bg's look.
