Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Man, I'm on a KnK walling binge today, with another one still in the tube...
This wall was kinda different, because it's the only one of mine where I actually thought of the title before making the wall. I've you've seen my other wall that I just submitted a little bit ago, you'd have saw my little rant about how much I love Azaka and all that, but the characters in her name amounts to something or other meaning "black tree fresh flower" or something to that effect. So I thought: black flower. And it was that reason alone I decided to make an Azaka wall 0_0
The procedure I took in making this was the same as the prodecures I had used a year or two back: throw on as many random layers, textures, and stocks as you can, and start chipping away until you find something that resembles a usable wall. So likewise, this wall really looked like a pile of sh*t when I started with it, but I managed to tidy it up from before. I still think getting hang of working with textures/stocks and actually getting them to fit in with the context of the scan is really tricky. But here, I did what I could, and also did some random brushing as well just to kinda put in a dirty glass look.
Originally, I attached butterfly wings to her (may make another vector version like that?), then I got rid of those, and vectored a flower to fit in with the title (again, looked really out of place), so I ditched that, salvaged what I could, and voila, here you are: the final product.
