While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
There is Mitsuki of Full Moon wo Sagashite. She is floating in a wonderful, colorful, and awesome world, waiting for someone to take her far away... I love this anime; Mitsuki is very nice and i like her songs.

The idea is not bad ^^ but i would suggest you to make it more magical and fix the size of the character cause its kinda small. remove the noise on the background cause it lowers the quality in my opinion, or maybe you should make a new background , i recommend you to use some soft pastel colors cause they blend better (but its your choice^^)

This is walppaper is quite simple and it's beautiful in its own way. Makes me feel peacful and would be the perfect one to have on my desktop. However, it's too empty. The girl in the middle is too small, and I feel like somethings are missing in this one. It's a nice idea, but you need to imrpove it.
