While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

It's very unusual , but a nice idea, only objection that I have is the colors.. they aren't as you said to lovely, I would simply change some of the colors.. good luck!!
The movie if it passes in a Tokyo (today called Neo Tokyo) already shaken by one Third World-wide War, and the year he is 2019. Gangs of motorcyclists populate a new city frightened for anti-government groups. Kaneda is the leader of one of these gangs, and certain night it is informed that a rival group invaded its territory. Its group leaves to the hunting of the rival group (called " Palhaços") e, during the persecution, one of the members of its group finishes if misguiding. This misguided member, Tetsuo, suffer a mysterious accident, and finish being imprisoned of a colonel with to be able headquarters and of a half paranóico doctor. In an attempt to exempt its young friend, Kaneda finishes for if involving with a group of anarchists. It, together with a young one called Kay, part to try to help it.

Well, from the thumbnail I seen before your new one. I must say I liked the hands the other way. Coming off close from his body. To me it showed more of a 'running towards' feel. Now, with the arms open wide... its rather um.. 'scary'. So, if you could put that back. I say it would be nice. He might have issues but he doesn't have to look like he's 'going to suck your blood'.
Other then that I can only judge from the thumbnail. It wont show me the full view because you recently uploaded the new. So, I'll check back later but from what I can see. It all looks good to me but you might want to fix your 'signature'. Your wording is find but it being big and bold like that doesn't fit. You have to remember not everyone has the 'tab bar' on there desktop at the bottom. Some have it on the side or top.
