After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Hello there =] the time is : 6th of august, AM 9:34 EDT which means my 3rd anniversary on AP came, and i finally changed my avatar ( after 3 years! ... lol :D) and made this wall to celebrate the happening.
i had this inferno like scene in my mind for a long time but couldn't do it till now... and when i was searching through the scans this one popped up and i thought that why not illustrate the other world from the fullmetal alchemist series <--- which actually fitted to the scene in my mind =]
so i worked on it for 4 whole days , 6-10 hours a day and i think it paid off. it was ready way before the anniversary (about a month before, i started it after my akira wall was ready which is pretty old too) and i made a few wall after this one but i thought that this should be the one uploaded on this day.
i was inspired by alexxius's works on deviantart and also by my other wallie, the freedom. for first i though i shouldn't use reference photos which worked in the background but in the end i used one for the car, one for the crow and one for the cat. so the whole bg the town, and the houses in the foreground were painted without reference which, to tell you the truth, im proud of =]
i think i learned a lot of things in the last 3 years thanks to AP which provided me rivals and people who are way better than me, which always inspired me and urged me to be better and make better pictures, walls
to see how much i managed to improve i want to show my firs wallpaper here =) (never deleted a wall from my gallery so it pretty much shows how lame i was in the first year :D)
also, i want to thank peris for critics on this wall, and on all the others, and my brother who always tells me if my work in progress wall is a piece of sh*t xD

I agree with AssasinXXX this wall is epic, you went all out and showed every last bit of your talent as a waller, even without Ed in it this wall would be fantastic. The colors are so deep and rich I can see this on a canvas and you painting it by free hand, all the shades of black and red in the fire, that's how detailed I think it looks. You thought about it, you put your heart into it and you were happy making it and that's what walling is all about. Passion, and I must say this is the best wall I've seen in a long time nothing else compares. Uniqueness knows no bounds. A++ and a fav, Congrats on 3 years of knocking the socks off of everyone here :D

When you said last time that your wallpaper for this event will be something really serious, I was ready for some kickass piece, but this one is beyond what I expected.
Is probably the best wallpaper from you until now. As somebody write is epic one, the details and the mood what is inside it, is something fantastic. Great painting skills what you have.
Hope it will be highlighted, you would deserve it, really. And the title is absolutly right, the journey continues, your waller journey. I'm sure that you will make even greater walls from now on, cheering for you.

This is an EPIC wallpaper, And I really love how it all fits, and the painting is just great, I just want to stare into this wallpaper for hours. Its really great. And congrats on your 3rd year.
You've managed to make a wall that instantly went to my desktop (textless version). may not seem lie much, but i'm extraordinarily picky about what goes on my desktop, that and i don't even like full metal alchemist. this wall though, is truly brilliance at it's core. the mood portrayed, thee colors chosen and the scan as well.
to see that you took this scan and made it into this wall, shows the depth of your creative mind, a truly artistic mind.
