Well: first thing: the wallpaper is definitly good, no matter which "bad" aspects I might bring up next.
At first: I personally dislike the font and the style of the text (I probably wouldn't have written any text at all, since the wallpaper looks great even without it). Second: the "aura" around each of the characters (in orange color) has a rather distracting feeling then bringing the fore- and background together (what I think is very important to a wallpaper).
And my last negative point: the face of the girl (sorry I didn't watch GSD, so I don't know her name) is not very well done - though I couldn't have done it better, since I know that it really is difficult to draw a convincing face.

On the other hand: the background is very well chosen and perfectly done. The vector trace is clean and only the dress of the girl has some minor logical mistakes - but that is not important at all since the wallpaper really looks good as it is. And - what is most important to me - the feeling you get when you look at the wallpaper - is something that contains warmth and happyness. Overall: definitly one of the good vector-traced wallpapers I have seen, with some minor problems only - definitly worth seeing and even looking at for quite a time ^^
