Honestly...I saw the same light effect very clearly, jz different position, and they are more catching my eyes compare to the main character.

So mb can try different light effect, and....i duno that that is glass if you din mention it, haha.

Anyway, this wall is really nice and i hope that it ll be submitted to the galery soon ^.^

I don't think there's anything wrong with the outlines personally i like the black outlines but i think choosing a colour is a personal preference and not something to do with quality..but i do agree with meow...your light effects are too bright and they're drawing my eye more than the character try making them more subtle ^_^

A spot of red light doesn't do much for me in a nearly-all-white wallpaper. it seems out of place. i think instead of a handful of light-red lighting globes, you should have put just one on the iris of his blue eye. you could even add enough intensity and contrast to the light effect to darken the rest of the image. then you're cooking with gas.

flat colors have their place in anime art, don't get me wrong. but if you're going to play with light and shadow, you might as well play with color midtones and color shadowtones. then you're making realistic art.
