After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Hello again! W00t I made this wall this afternoon and i can't sleep before uploading it :D The idea was to make something like the Ergo Proxy wall but I got a lil carried away this time , with the colors , with the glow and with the contrast too, and I think it paid off <---- i mean it paid off to get carried away :P The text is more simple though than on the other wallie, and i got a textless version too for those who dont like the text. I wanted to make a contrast between grayscale and color, thats why the character is desaturated while everything around him is saturated. The reason behind why i did not vector this time is becouse I was lazy to vector :D so i skipped vectoring and extracted the thing and it was ready to work with... It's so refreshing that i didnt have to vector for days :)
I think that's it ... oh no... sorry guys no 4:3 or 5:4 this time =/ if you want one please crop it :/

How lovely! I love those music videos~ They really created such a great storyline...wow, this is a beautiful wallpaper! I adore how you contrasted things with the grayscale versus color in back. It's nice. I think it would be even cooler if you had just some color in him...like his eyes, lips, and probably the helmet, too. I just think a little more coordinating emphasis on him (I forget his name) would make it even better. :3 But still, awesome job! *faves*
I like it a lot, but honestly if you had not got lazy it would have been amazing. The pic just doesn't seem clear enough for the crisp background, but then again that is my opinion. Either way a lot better than i could do, and it looks fantastic. GJ
Wow you really make such high quality wallies. anyway, i think there is too much glow effect "below his belt" *wink *wink but anyway i like this :)
oh btw, who is this guy from the daft punk videos? is he from the Digital Love song, the one who fell in love with the girl guitarist and was supposed to save the band?
anyway.... *singing* one more time.....

Unbelievable!!
more people with your level should do Interstella 5555 walls.
The colour-b/w contrast looks GREAT and gives a melancholic yet very magical feeling to it.
Wow another great wall from you jeez your killing me XD
The effect is very sleek and modern but still being futuristic. I love the colors very ravish it has a very nice glow to it and the contrast between bright rainbow and monochrome is tasteful with out look to over worked. It's not my favorite of your walls but it's still great none the less. A- :)
You my friend deserves much kudos. Riding on your awesome Ergo Proxy wall style, another thing is you skipped out the vector process to cut down the process, which is alright in my book. Why go vectoring an entire image when the original is fine? haha.
The background is indeed nice, though it looks like some lines and fractals (or whatever they are, I'm assuming fractals :P) are somewhat overused. Don't get me wrong it is nice, it just seems repetitive in the background effects, and the difference to me is the coloring, there's also that awkward white area near right side of his shoulder.
Great wall! Of course, I have always been a fan of the special effects such that you have managed to produce in abundance; swirls and twirly lines faded out just so, and all color coordinated and nicely balanced.
However, I must say that your laziness really didn't pay off here; the wall is really good, but it could be awesome if you had taken the time to vector the main character. I also feel that some modicum of color would do to offset the mass of black the character creates in the center of the wall. Both of these steps would help to remove what I might term as a "flatness" to the character; in comparison to the vibrant and highly demensional background, the non-vectored character (though you did work with a good scan and extraction, I can say) seems rather 2D-ish, if you get my gist.
With that in mind though, I myself could still never produce anything nearly as cool looking, and overall the wall does look awesome. I just think that it could look even more awesome were you to put a bit more work into it; it certainly has the potential to be better.
