I love it! The vector style looks really nice here. Great colors too and nice job on maintaining a simple look for the background. It helps to emphasize on the lovely vector of the character. ;D Not too fond on the text for the word "Neon" though. I feel like you could've chosen a better font for that. Oh and maybe you can try and use a different color for some of the text too. All green is kinda plain. Try mixing it up like making "Neon" blue(the same blue which you used in the background) and the rest green, or something like that. It'll make it look more interesting. ^_^ Great job nonetheless, so i'll fav this.

i really love the green you used, and the texture is perfect
the typography is nice but i donno it seems....i donno lol maybe it's the font

ps: funny i've been working on this scan for a week now, after my shitty vector i just left it and now vectoring another scan. almost finished. Hmmm looking at this makes me wanna continue on rei

just to note: this color set isn't the most used in Rei's walls, and I liked it pretty much. Nice differentiation.
