This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
@Damo: Well when I click on it to sign it in, it takes a while to load and then a message appears saying "click troubleshoot and we'll repair the problem" Doesn't tell me what the problem is after.
Well, if you want to know more then I'll be available through PM or MSN, whichever is best for you. Rather not go further into on the SB of all places. =P
Heres my vector wallpaper ^_^
Took me 5-6 days to finish it completely.
I added some effects on the katana ( took me a good hour to get the blade right)
This is just a simple vector i made with photoshop CS < alot more stable than Verison 7.
Hope you guys enjoy.
but the artwork looks great! The colors are both simple and yet it's complex (very unique!) love the coloring!
although i don't really know any way to make it better, but if i HAVE to be nitpicky.. then i guess i'd just have to say that the wings (the coloring inside them( if i start to stare LOL) seen blurry due to the large area they take up ((while everything else is a small area, so that isn't noticable... but really, that's SUPREMELY pushing it i think LOL..
I like the abstracted yet simple design, the vector is awesome although i didn't like the stuff on the sword, the rest of the stuff are great absolutely piece of art.
Great vector. Just great.
I love the composition, it's simple without being boring. There's a lot going on in this wallpaper, and it's working for it. A lot more reds are surfacing in wallpapers now, and I think it's a very good thing.
Great perspective and awesome idea. A definite fav for originality. ;)
This is the perfect uniquely abstract wallpaper. Its a fresh change to anyone's desktop, cant get tired of looking at it ^^ I just adore the colors you used and the perspective and pose of the character. Its sorta like shes being cut up into graceful shreds flying away with the wind but its still very beautiful.

I like! It's very abstract!
If it was so, it might be; and it were so, it would be; but as it isn't, it ain't. That's logic. ---Lewis Carroll
