After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
My 2nd wallpaper ever made, I hope you like it. Credit goes to chibi~chan @~Anime renders for my stock/render (what ever you want to call it ^^). I went to Anime Renders to look at the renders trying to find out which one i wanted to use for the wallpaper i wanted to make. Then from there I just went with it.
There is a lot of brush effects in this wall paper. I start off by dropping my render into my canvas and created the rest of the wall paper around it. I started off by making a few more of those rose petals by choosing a brush that looks close to a pedal and changing a lot of the brush effects so it scatters nicely. Next i took just a standard brush, set my opacity and fill to 30 percent and just kept applying blue/purple/white colors to get the background. Next I looked though my brushes to find something that would go nicely and i went with those twirl things (I don't know what to call them T_T). I'm just about done, I play with the backgrounds blending type and decided just to keep it on normal. Looking at my brushes, i saw the stars and thought it might go well with it. I set my star brush to scatter and applied it and it looked decent. I tried different types of colors and just decided to stick with white. I lowed the opacity on the stars layer and took an erase @ 30% opacity/fill and erased at the stars here and there. I changed the stars overlay.
That's about it.
Thanks and
Enjoy~!
P.S. Same description i put on my minitokyo upload, just changed it slightly :p
and i made this paper over a year ago.
The composition is a nice one and the effects are well done miss Eunah!!
But here are my suggestions: The overall image has the column in higher focus, and the character slightly out of focus (for whatever reason). This automatically puts the viewers attention on the column instead of the character, and I am wondering whether that was your intention. You know, it's just like taking a photograph, you focus on what you want to be the center of attention. So that is something that I would consider changing, if it is not what you intended.
Also, the clouds directly in front of the moon have a slightly darke edge, which makes it seem a bit odd, I think that part would be more effective if it would be lighter, so as to blend with what lies behind the clouds.
I hope that you will find my comments informative. And keep up the good work Eunah. You're an asset to our wonderful community here at MT .
Very nice wallpaper of suigintou...usually these colors arn't used...since her character is so dark blacks, greys, reds are usually used..but you did a great job using the more pastel-ly colors...i love the softer looks...the stars and the petals are really pretty too!! great job! Ganbatte, ne!

Aahh... that is one of the most beautiful Suigintou's I've seen so far...
The character's work is pretty good, the extraction and render shows no errors~
The background is pretty nice, the background objects I think is a bit messy though.
Possible improvements in the background making, I think~
Keep up the good work~
Very nice! The abstract lines in the background gave it a nice flow, and you mixed their colors well, too. I liked the bonnet...headdress...bonnet-like headdress (*coughDearSreferencecough*), especially the white you threw in there (looks sorta like a reflection of the moon on a cloudy night to me, though how cloth can reflect light...I'm not gonna question ^_^;). Good expression (great job with the eyes!), not to mention excellent detail work (frills, rose thorns, etc).

Hm, not being very "constructive" here, am I? :P About the only thing negative I can think to say on this is that the billow on her dress (where the cross is) has a little bit too much white fade; kinda nullifies the effect of the cross a bit. Otherwise, well done!

Beautiful Vectoring of Suigintou
Although I kinda wish there was more to the BG
But still it's good
