After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! First I'm going to explain we the girl doesn't have ears, mouth and nose. That's because, for example when we like a wallpaper we don't need to speak, hear or smell something we just see and feel, the girl is like that, we can apreciate art in many ways and for the people who likes digital art, like us, we just need to see btw the girl doesn't need to show feels, because sometimes when we are like that maybe in our minds we are in other world... yeah the idea it's a little bit complicated...
I don't know from were I got the idea, I just was in math class, daydreaming of course and I just wanted to do something colorful and an art made by me
The vector was pretty easy but I painted the colours with the brush, I was too lazy to start making colour shape layers , but you know it's been a while since I enjoyed so much making a wall... I played so much with the colours, shapes and textures making it
It took me about 3 hours to make... maybe 3 and a half if you count the math daydreaming class
I like the idea you have for the wall...and the colors and art is very original (of course!) but the wallpaper doesn't really give the feeling that the girl feels...the see's part w/ the eyes is clear, but the feeling part is not clearly implied through the wall...either way, great job! i love the originality of your wallpaper!

So, I'm here to give you some advice that you may, or may not, accept. And I'm only doing that because I've seen that you want to make something different, not because it's cool, but mainly because It's your opinion, your expression about stuff.
That wallpaper is more likely to be an exercise, an experiment of colors and shapes, (and a nice one) than a real wallpaper. Don't misundestand me, I'm not saying that this shouldn't be uploaded or something. And believe me, it's the other way: you SHOULD do more wallies, specially original anime art ones.
But in fact, maybe you could try one experiment-thing (color, shapes or how to express emotions with faces or whatever else you want) per wall. The reason why I'm saying this is because when I focus on studying something in particular, I usually improve more.
For example, you have done many things but that many fails in harmony. I'm not saying that you can't have harmony with many things... but this is far more difficult to achieve. Another example, If you have worked more and exclusively on her face (and haven't worked on the other shapes on the wall), this could be much more consistent not only in harmony, but also in concept. Personally, those random shapes and colors around her face ruins it. That blue one in the botton is mostly the destructo beam, because it has nothing to do at all with all the other things. Those things are thieves of the attention of her beautiful face.
Anyway, it's up to you to listen or ignore me.
Hopefully, you'll listen and then decide whatever you want to do next.

I do like concepts like these. It may appear simple, but it shows how much creativity the artist have. The color combination is fantastic and compliments each shape. The wonderful designs are super here.
