First off - congratulations! You submitted and it really turned out great. I love the new font you chose for your Reunion title. And the rain is the best part because it goes perfectly with the soaked image of Sousuke and Kaname! Great job!
Overall, this is pretty good... the rain effect is nice, the background is interesting (although I'm wondering what those blurry stone slabs are, lol) and the scan blends pretty nicely with the background. I think there needs to be more raindrop splatters on the characters in order for the rain to look more realistic... going to refer you to one of dhias' collabs (http://www.animepaper.net/wallpapers/favorites/entry7698/) lol, maybe it'll help. Lastly the font really doesn't fit in well with the background at all... other than that, this is pretty nice *^.^*
Pretty tight wallpaper, several times to we see this kind of character emotion from these two characters, and the wallpaper does a great job of conveying it.
