After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Here's another little thing I did while taking a break from the Christmas Project.
I've always wanted to do something with that scan but I didn't know what nor how. I mean, my painting still sucks >_<
I'm sure you've noticed I'm not satisfied with my works lately...
So, after being inspired by the cold days here lately, I decided I should try and make a snow wall.
I think it's my second...not sure :nya: I thought it was a good chance to practice my painting skills and changing character clothes and that's what I did.
I changed Tomoyo's clothes to these since I just loved them ( yay for purple :3 ) and made some changes to the scarf :nya:
Outlines are vectored, everything else is painted...ouch, specially since I'm not confident in my painting skills, if I have any that is.
The scan wasn't the greatest quality when I resized it. I had to check some scans to make sure I was doing Tomoyo's hair the right way. I'm not sure that that's the same expression on the scan, but I couldn't care less. I love making changes :3
Anyway...Tomoyo was the easiest. Changing her clothes wasn't a problem, I thought it wold be harder actually... but then...ugh...I was never good at backgrounds....
I think the leaves on the left side of the wall turned out a bit better than my first attempt some months ago...but I still suck at painting trees. Is that a tree? It looks like a lettuce!...
And that...lamp/electricity pole thingy, I'm not sure what's the word in english...It sure makes the wall less empty but I think I did an awful job at it >_< It looks horrible!
Well, I did the clouds the same way I did the ones in my last work, except I changed the strenght of the smudge tool. They somehow don't bother me that much anymore ^_^'
Oh and I'm not sure how the sky looks when it's snowing or about to snow, since I've never seen snow -_- So any help there would be greaty appreciated!
I wanted to make it a night wall at first but gave up on the idea since snow + dark colors aren't the best match.
Added little white dots here and there, then used the smudged tool a bit to make it snow-like. Quite simple...maybe even a little too simple :nerd:
I need to read some tutorials..I always avoid them...
The title means "Your place./The place where you're at" in Japanese.
The first thoughts were related to snow, storm and all that stuff, but looking at Tomoyo's expression again made me think she could be thinking of something much deeper than just a simple storm coming ^^
Now I must get my sleep. I haven't slept for 46 hours now... >.<
C&C is welcome as always!

1. It's snowing while the trees are still green (did autumn disappear? :P)
2. The lines on Tomoyo are a little too prominent, at least in my opinion
3. The background feels disjointed from Tomoyo; they feel like somewhat different styles
Otherwise, good job. Nice to see someone doing something other than plain-jane cell-shaded vectors.
Good feeling, but I think I like the art style of game better although the anime is fine enough .But I think it's somehow rough.Totally, I still like this wallpaper^_^
I think this is a very simplistic wall, it's sweet and gives the viewer a clam setting to look at. She's a beautiful girl and the flowing of her hair mixed with the wispy clouds is very lovely to just sit and stare at. Nice job A- and a fav :)
