After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I played Persona 4 and I have Persona 3 ~FES edition, but I haven't played it yet. I liked both but I wish they had the option to include the Japanese voices...they had a all-star seiyuu cast.
I should restate a few things. It isn't a major overall, but it is nearest to the original release that the States has had access to without importing. So if you like Persona pick it up.

Finally are my exams over! You know I am really lazy,so I am sorry dear, Bern-kun, Moto-kun and Felesya-kun to make a wallpaper for you so late!
Bern and Moto had theire b-days already but Felesya's b-day is in few days. I know that I can't make for them 3 3 wallappers
which make me sad, so I am sorry for giving you just one wallpaper,gomen!
I wanted first making a Ouran Host Club wallpaper with Kaoru. And then I wanted make a DN Angel wallpaper with Daisuke. In the end I made
a Loveless wallpaper with Ritsuka! Yay! I search for a good scan but found a better png xD I am not a fan of Loveless but I like the png so much!
So I take that. The patter in the background is the same patter like I use for my userpage CSS cause I just love that pattern! Thanks to Shi-chan again for give them to me! The brushes are some the same old one which I used in my collab wallpaper. Thats all what I have to say!

I like colors here and it's good that you limited shpes in background just to few colors that fits both texture and scan, they make it work all together ^^
The PNG scan looks a bit blurry for me >.o And it's bugging me cause the background looks nice and clean while the scan does not. (In my eyes anyways ... And no, I don't need glasses xD)
I know that vectoring is troublesome when you don't have a tablet or such, but I think that if you had vectored the PNG, this wallpaper would be better than it already is ^^
I do like the design, textures and brushes though. As Deto said, they do blend with the scan nicely, so nice work with that ;3

I think it's really cute, and the bg is nice, but I agree with tyson that the png is too blurry. Maybe if you tried sharpening it and using some textures over it, then it wouldn't be as noticeable? And it isn't hard to vector just with the mouse (that's how I've always done it), but it does take time. Just using scans and png's work great. :3 So I think it's a pretty wallpaper, but just some work needs to be done on Ritsuka. Nice job!

Simple colors are very smooth. It make him be more attractive. They may be abstract image of his calm heart and mind. In the silent he finds freedom like the flight of the butterfly.

The only thing thats a negative for me, is that the background is so crisp, and the scan is..well...a scan, so it's a bit fuzzy and all. That's not really something you can do a whole lot about unless you know how to use textures or can vector, so great job overall!
Nice design on the... flower? I like it so much. And beside that, the color that fills the whole wallpaper is simply great. You chose a nice color to go with the character and it works!

As people already mentionend while the BG is clean the scan looks kinda blurry which ruins the balance abit.
Man Unbelieveable improvement (love your creativity here) ...Ur coming up FASTTTTTTT.
