I finally decided to go with it
it's not as good as i wanted it but this is fine now. if I keep on making this a WIP i'll never submit it =__=

Time: around 1 month
Layers: 104 in total (54 were the characters)
Program: Photoshop CS2 and SAI
Technique: Painted + Vectoring
Best Part: the middle of the wallpaper where you see the scenery of the outside
Worst Part: opening the .psd file in both photoshop and sai

I don't even know what to say after the painful part's gone
ask for the full size of the lulu x suzaku CG =D
i didnt bother with 4:3 and 5:4 cuz it looks too weird

I think you did a great job, however im not sure if the painted background and the vector blend that well. But nonetheless this is a good wallpaper!

I dont think the vector and the bg does not fit? O_o the "vector" itself is painted except thelines so there not too much difference!
i think its an awsome job, you deserve a fav of course~ +fav

It's a nice scene, but the background is very blurry. o_O Your lines could have been a little sharper and more defining in the clothes in the back, and those pillars looks kinda weird.

You should full-view the wall, and you'll see how beautiful it is. Your painting skills are awesome, Lelouch and Suzaku's dresses look gorgeous and very detailed with those pretty ornaments(thus very difficult to vector), even though, the background seems to be neglected compared to the vector, it has less details and a odd blurry effect, and you forgot to put the title XD
The way you put the credits reminds something very familiar to me hehe, nice touch~ ;3

Absolutely gorgeous vectoring and painting; the all-over painting gives it a very soft, beautiful look.
The amount of detail just adds to the gorgeous-ness.

I love the details, the painting itself is gorgeous. I think the reason why the bg may not match the background is there's a lighting discrepancy between the two. Now I'm not entirely sure how that can be fixed. XD It's lovely the way it is as well. =) +fav
