After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

yes, it's really simple. because it was meant to be simple. what i wanted to do was fill the desktop with ginji and ban! so there was very little space remaining. nooo point drawing a complicated background there...it'd only mess things up. i did, and at the same time didn't do much here. this one i vectored the lines too, as it really wouldn't have looked nearly as good. it was vectored off a screencap. i made the colours more pastel to enhance the lines. i also had to draw in the tops of their heads (the hair) and some of the bottom parts as those were missing in the original picture. also i changed ban's eyes(which were originally just like || ) so that they matched ginji's eyes. after that came the simple background. originally i was going to leave it a solid blue, but then i figured it'd be too simple.
i had some trouble with the title. tried a lot of things. but in the end, i decided that 'getbackers' was much better.
i saw that a lot of people had viewed my first wall, but comparatively fewer people had downloaded it. i'm guessing it was coz of the res. i use 1024*760, and the monitor starts working weird at higher resolutions than that. but since most people at ap seem to use resolutions much bigger than 1024*760, i decided to make a bigger wall this time. and er...ahem!...that it was going to turn out simple also contributed to that fact......but don't always expect such big res from me.
i really hope that you guys won't think they're holding their own faces! i had slightly changed the skin colours to make that more apparent. they're grabbing each others' faces... yes they're fighting...well, not fighting...maybe quarrelling ...or...arguing...
what i really really like about this wall is the colours...and how they both 'pop' out from the paler background.
you know...i worked a lot harder than this on my previous wall. but i feel that this one is so much better than that one. why is that?.... T_T

This is a great wallpaper. You did a great job. This wallpaper is so cute. It is very simple and eye-catching. I think simple wallpaper is always a great thing. The way you draw ban-chan's eyes are great.
Gotta love it when Ban and Ginji fight I mean it's just so cute. I'm one of the biggest Get Backers fans out there so I'm very impressed and the way you drew it is amazing. It's been a while sense I've commented on any walls and I'm very happy that this was my first one. Nice Getbackers wall!!ã??ã??Most of the walls for this series are so angsty looking, which actually doesn't fit the mood of most of the episodes in the series.
AT first I did think they were holding their own faces but when I read the comment you wrote. . I went back and looked at the picture and sure enough that IS Ginji's hand on Ban's face because Ban doesn't wear gloves, Ginji does.
