After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Oh I definitely don't subscribe to any particular scene. It just happens to be the genre I listen to my most. One of all time favorite bands being Splashdown.
I pretty much am across all genres. I have so much music I can listen to music nonstop for an entire year without hearing a repeat. Though I seem to spend more time with indie music and local bands.
Well I was talking about music in relation to Gaga. I love symphonic metal. A couple of my favorites are Leaves' Eyes, Visions of Atlantis, Delain, Epica, and Xandria

it's my first work that's done entirely in sai. sai dosen't work well w/ photoshop stuff done in sai opends slowly in ps and vice versa. not sure if it looks better with text or without
more resolutions at AP soon

EDIT: yes it's suppose to be the plain messy sketchy look =P i didn't want to go with anything too complicated, but it's not like i didn't work on the bg, if you look carefully and a little from the bottom of your screen you'll see there's actually lots of strokes there
It's wonderful wallpaper. Her cynical face is always cold and cool. Watercolors in the wallpaper are very natural and smooth. They are harmonized with white space in the background.
Nice work ^^... Kei style is hard to imitate.I once wanted to redo one of kei's artworks and failed miserebly XD
Anyway,I prefer the brushing style in the original image and like it more that way and I also wish you had left the face colorless (white I mean)...It would have created a lovely harmony !!

I love this one, the technique makes it seem like it has movement, wich really adds to the wall, besides, the colors help create that cold atmosphere that makes her look even more cynical.
I absolutely love it. The overall softness and elegance of this wallpaper, plus the superb use of colours for that water-coloured effect make this wallpaper stand out.

I adore how you painted her. ♥ I like the sketchy look (heck, that's what I do), and the bg is so pretty and light...it's all very watercolor-y. Her eyes are beautiful, and the wings...and the text is cool, too. I can't find one thing I don't like about it. XD *faves*

It's very similar to the scan, but it has your unique brush strokes.
And the strokes are straight! Gah, with my tablet my freehand strokes are still shaky in ps. >_<
So, maybe it's something special about about SAI or not, but...what brushes and settings are you using? :D
