After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Odd. I can't seem to copy a vectored image properly from Adobe Illustrator. Whatever I do, rasterize to 600dpi, or 'select all' + copy & paste', as soon as it lands in Photoshop, it looks crappy, like all edgy and low-res. Anyone any experience with this?

Isn't she pretty? Her eyes beckoned me to wall her. 8D I do remember watching some of Vampire Princess Miyu some 10+ years ago, so this isn't some random scan for me. Hahaha.
Edit: I would suggest fullviewing, cause the thumbnail makes it look all distorted. O_o
For my previous walls many people didn't like the "thick" outlines. T_T Well RAWR, then this wall doesn't have any! (Except some few for shading on the skin.) Also this wall features some green! Yay! My favorite color that my gallery here was in much need of - so much so that it made my eyes twitch every time I looked through it. >_<
The wall is vector/painting combo. No shape layers were used; only vector masks were used so I could paint inside them. Took me about 5 days to complete. I started about 2-3 weeks ago after my midterms, and got delayed because of the end of the term. Now my finals are over! Guaah! So now I actually had the time to finish this darn wall that was taking forever...

The background is supposed to be soft and vague, like in the scan, cause I liked it that way. XD And the eyes have vague pupils too because making solid dark ones changed her mysterious expression.

This is absolutely breathtaking. I thought my favorite part was the gorgeous hair (best hair I've seen yet in this vector style), but the more I look at the eyes, the more I love them. Then the background catches my eye; it's so detailed and soft.
Everything fits together perfectly and nothing looks out of place. Everything is so gorgeously detailed; you didn't forget anything. Nothing to nitpick here at all. Absolutely perfect.
Man this is my favorite wall of yours because of the colors, love the faded almost negative space look and you've really pulled everything together for this one. i probably would have liked the eyes better darker BUT i totally get why you left them that way
i have like.. the tiniest complaint ever and i feel retarded for mentioning it, but the vein/blood(?) running down the petal in her mouth is distracting T_T, i wish it had more color variation or maybe dripped in a different way.
Wonderful wallpaper which uses just the right ammount of objects, and the stronger colors highlight the best parts of it. And when I'm already by highlighting, how about to highlight this wall too? Would deserve it in full.

Her eyes and face are not only beautiful but also dangerous like a rose. Her ironic attractiveness is very impressive. Coloring in the wallpaper is soft and natural.

Wow .. I normally never fav anything if I faved something in the last 24hours .. but this .. well I faved another top-3 wall today, but this wall is just so awesome, that I can't hold back.
I love the vector/painting combination a lot! I am a big fan of Vampire Princess Miyu - especially TV is nice (didn't read manga as I don't like reading at all - no matter what).
Miyu looks great! I really might like to borrow your vector (of course only if you'd allow) to experiment with it a bit. But to the wallpaper: I like the vague background - it shows her fragility (I hope there's such a word). It shows how powerful she is and yet how vulnerable - which you can see in the TV episodes very well. Hence: this is a masterpiece and therefore worth lots of +favs!
