As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
We should just give police satellite access. Let the criminal go rest some place and storm the building. Rather than 3 tons of car barreling around the streets at 100 mph with an unskilled driver behind the wheel.
You know when helicopters and SWAT teams aren't enough...Are car chases necessary? Maybe for some criminals, but most of the car chases are by stupid and scared people. Why not just send a helicopter up and start diverting traffic?

I love Lights expression in this one...... It s a very nice wall. As mentioned above the text stands out too much but it doesnt bother me either.
You could maximize the backround text though ( i mean the little letters) make them have a little less contrast with the sky and put them "behind the clouds" as a brush or smth like that.

I guess is anice usage of colours, the stock photo has a strong contrast i like it, i think the idea is great and intensive.

I like the idea of the cloud and its color. It looks like clouds shine. The coloring of Raito is good too. I think it's better if you remove those wavy lines near the title. It's kinda disturbing to me. Anyway, good job for overall work.
I'm not as much a fan of the crinkled paper in the background (especially since the lines go through everything), and would prefer something else as a texture on just the blue, or even just a solid blue background for a cleaner look.
Lots of people seem to be going for the writing paper look, which for me, just brings back the horrors of school work. O.o
I like that clouds too^^
This wall was nice, but i didn't like the flower in the background.
It not go well with the idea of this wall (i think).

You rarely see decent icon-styled wallpapers, and your wall is one of them.
And it's definitely not just decent.
The clouds look really great, so does the paper texture.
The text doesn't blend at all, but it doesn't matter, it kicks some serious ass.
