As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. The fake sky inspired me with the title, I love this series and the scan is amazing, so I had to make a wall, I took out the old man >__>
Original Click taken from e-shuushuu. I had some problems with the buildings and also I passed on some.
The sky, wall, and buidings are painted. The amount of time spent on making the wall, is unknown sine I work only when I have time, the layers were many up to 150 for the whole wall. I only have it in this resolution cause I'm pretty lazy to do others.

Oh well, enjoy it or not.

Woo i admire your patience for this vectoring^^ though i kinda still prefer the scan^^, maybe because it's softer in some way
but why you remove the old man, is he really unimportant XD

I like the idea. However while I saw many walls that improved the quality of the image while transfering something from the scan to the wallpaper they did, this wall doesn't improve the image. In the scan the colors are brighter (especially the colors from the building) - in your wallpaper it looks a little dull.
Still the wallpaper is nice and thus I downloaded it to my personal gallery of the best wallpapers I've seen on AP (collecting for about 3 years now :D).
