As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

near her head was the hardest part for me and her hair

The wallpaper needs a bit of work on.The work has to be done on her hair and the fishes beside it as they look a bit too sharp for a smudged/painted wallpaper.I see this is your first try so no problem.
I am sure you will do better in future wallpaper.

Its a nice one but somehow i miss black outlines but since that the style of the wallpaper i know it wouldnt look right so its really a great wallpaper
I agree that it's overly smudged and that maybe the fish look too sharp, but whatever... I like it! and I appreciate the experimental style, even though it's not really proffesional.
What I love the most are the glowing things bottom left, they're well done and make a nice effect < 3
