This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

For once I made a wallpaper with a serie of Hino Matsuri. I love her cute drawings especially in MeruPuri XD This is a (hot) scan from her new manga : Vampire Knght. I don\'t remember the name of the guy, I\'m too lazy to look for it.
For the wall itself, took me one hours or two for the extration and for cleaning the outlines, background, around five hours, so big headache for me. Since the story is about vampire and stuff like that, why not a cemetery and morbid animals as bats. I tried the idea of zombies emerging from the ground, but no. Maybe for next year ^^
Anyway, it was fun to make the background XD
You can imagine, the world is in fire and this cute/hootie/bishie vampire look for his freedom...I always thought that being a vampire isn\'t fun, who would like to live for so much time always searching for some blood to suck...Creepy!
Or you can imagine too that guy is only a show-off. Why not. :p
And,I KNOW it was too late now to submit it for Halloween ;____;
But waiting one year to post this wall is too long for me.

Alright, this is awesome!! That background is bloody amazing, and I love the grid system at the bottom right with the text over it. THe lighting is perfect, its like candles are casting an eerie mood over the whole piece. Very nice job!
Mmm...thats hawt. Im not really a fan of bloodshot gorey pics but this one looks really sexi lol XD The flock of birds in the background gives the viewer the impression that death was upon us, its really kool

For some reason, I really like this 'sexy guy covered in blood' theme, and the graveyard and red sky outside the window just makes him look darker and sexier...XD

Great background, the warm rustic colours go well with the theme of the wall. Scan fits perfectly and the wall itself has great overall composition. Nicely done. :)
Awesome ;). Reminds me of Trinity Blood and all of it's Bishi boys XD... The logo could have been made better. Some burned/blooded paper or something like that, other than that it looks great ^_^.
