At first what I like, mostly everything

I remember I tried to vector the same scan... over a year ago lol. It's nice to see it traced by someone that has good vectoring skills. It's one of the few scans where Lenalee/Rinali looks most delicious.
I just wish the wall had more hard edges with the lighting to match her through.
But,I do think you should make those dissolves a little softer,they are too sharp compared to the rest of the wall...Also,the butterflies need some variety,they are all the same,maybe get rid of the smaller ones and leave just the big one :)
I admire those flowers of yours though,and I hope you will make more walls soon XD

I don't watch the anime, but the wallpaper is amazing: clean vector, nice colors (except her very shoes - they might have been better off being a tid darker) and nice special effects.
I also like the sky. I am sure I can see your amazing efforts and therefore a +fav from me :).

but the characters colors are too warm for the setting. drop the saturation a bit on her, and adjust the tones with the color balance (Ctrl + B / command + B on Mac). move the sliders to the cool tones, i think they are all to the right. anything with more of the red primary is a warm tone. they don't need adjusted a lot, but they do need adjusted. last thing to consider is adjusting the levels, to make the whites less intense, or the overall brightness of the character.
she looks like she's in a soft lit room, which is too much light for this wall.

however i wish you made a flower field instead of grass field
and less of those white dot stars in the bg
oh ya and the white moon glow is a little awkward IMO green might have been better
