As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I'm not too sure about the bg but the vector is nice but may be you should get rid of the black outline on her body like sjade said it kind of flattens the vector
It's lovely, and I like the way her eyes shine within the shadows of her face. I think I would have done something else with the background though, because it's too repetitive. Just a thought.
The character is such a beautiful sight. I can't say the same for the background. It's too plain. Nothing much there. But I admire the work and the colors on the woman.
