As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!
I like the idea, but as been said, vector the scan or make it so less jpeg artifacts clutter it!
The background just seems off cannot place what it is??
I'd say either make it black completely or make the whole thing pink and then make that vector graphic thingy with Asusa #2 on black.
That is if you want to keep it simple and simple is sometimes good depending on situation, this might be one of those situations since want Asusa as the main eye catcher here.
If make it pink that guitar with the flowers might disappear so make the occupancy bit harder.

Take the text out and vector the screenshot instead of applying filters. This is a great scene, but you can't really see it very well as you've presented it.

Did you vector this wall yourself or is it a scan? It looks a little blurry around the edges and the "guitar ring" is a little distracting. Other than that, it looks really good.
I think the pink frame should be removed and the logo at the bottom-right corner should be replaced with the real K-ON! logo.
Overall, it's a nice wallpaper, keep it up!
