After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Yo everyone.... Back after ages !!
Enough lazy body and Im gonna do some more walls till the end of my summer break ,Atleast that way it feels I didnt waste my summer
This walls is on prgress for 1.5 month but things kept coming and pauses couldnt be helped and not lying that I was supper lazy and suddenly ran out of ideas
This is could be called my first all vector wall and the thoughest and most brain terminator vector I have done so far...Also this is my first monochrome wall.
For vector this manga scan of Kururu was used (Damn I love Air Gear and I love this scan)) http://i25.tinypic.com/ev5t2x.jpg
As you might have noticed 95% of the wall is just the HAIR...I lost half of my eye sight over vectoring the hair but the rest was easier to do !
Called it gray since the presence of black is hardly there and I like this color combination more ..During the wall process I noticed how much I love this combination...u will see more gray style walls in the future !!
Overall the vector consist of 1468 layers (Dont remember how many hours it was but surely it's Three digits) : 1213 layers for Hair and the rest went for bag,face,body

I'm sorry guys but there is no wide this time..Made this specially suited for my firends Huge CRT.Tried too make a wide too but it just looks so horrible !!

I like the details and especially the contrast between her blue eyes and the rest grey of the wall. It's really pure, you did a very nice job!
Great job on this one! :D I love the eyes, the watch, and the white outline on the arm/hand.
I think the neck has a kinda pixelly edge though. It looks really good overall! The only thing I *don't* like is the shape of her mouth haha. >.< It's like that in the scan and I think it makes her look goofy, so if you made it more feminine or more closed I think it would look more appealing. XD

seems kinda weird
I must commend you on a few thingsthat many monochrome walls get wrong
1) color: you really used teh right shades and contrast to make a very delicate, clean vector thats appealing
2) proper use of airbrushing/gradients: i cant really see any gradient edges so thats great
3) really clean cute vector shapes: they flow in the way that they should, and the hair really looks great
the only thing that i kind of dislike is her mouth, for some reason it just doesnt look like she has the right expression but w.e

Love the lighting on her face and hair. The outlines on her arm are an interesting touch, makes it look almost like a paper cut out.

I like absolutely everything about this - the grays, the wonderful hair, the letters and most of all, the eyes; they look so expressive and alive.
