After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I think according the extreme resolutions we working is that not important. Rather should we discuss if we allow that heavy paintning of vector masks.

PS is a vector tool considering that you produce a vector, but photoshop rasterizes it into px so rescaling isn't possible =( so basically it's a vexel tool

Imo you should start a topic about this and see what others think. I partially agree with you mouton, but imo PS is also a vector tool (although not a real one)

I think a vector is something fully scalable from the source file (ie: svg, ai and so on) without lose on quality. Painting using vector mask is nice and all but not really vector from my point of view. But I am perhaps a little extremist on this subject.

Change! Change! Change!

That's what's on my mind when I'm just about to make a new wallpaper. It's because I always do wallpapers that are either Tsubasa/ Code Geass and that's all because they are my most favorite aime of all time. Now I had a change of mind and wished to go for a different anime, and here it is - my la corda d oro wallpaper.

It took me 1 week to finish the BG. It was pretty hard creating that kind of field. Thanks to Full_Metal_Leo for sharing the scan.
La Coda D oro is not much of a hit, so I don't know if this wallpaper will appeal to you guys. I just hope you like it.

PS. I think this is gonna be my last submission until my sembreak coz there are exams comming up.

This is nice, i love the sky and her colors
but the problem is the quality of the stock image for fields
it looks low and the tree has the same problem
i like mountains/hills though :D

The background looks really good, the cloudy sky bathed in the setting sun's light is very nice. The brightest part could be a very slight bit darker though, because it's blindingly bright, and the flower field also looks a bit too real.

She looks good as well, though her pink dress is a bit out of place in a mostly yellow and brown colored place and on her face, there could've been shadows, not this kind of pale color. Her hair color doesn't fit to that either.

It's a nice wallpaper though.

She doesn't fit in, there's a noticeable difference in quality, maybe you should've tried to paint the flowery field. But, the idea is nice and it makes a pretty wallpaper, you just had to work on it more =D

I love the background. It is just absolutely lovely. But Hino isn't blended well with the background. Overall the colors and the feel of the wall is fantastic.

The body is actually too large for the background (or you could say the background is too small for her). But I can see where you were trying to go ^_^.

I LOVE this series xD 2nd to Nodame Cantabile of course >D.

I don't think to style of the stocks fit with the character, it's too realistic; plus, you could have blended in the plants in front of the girl and the tree in the background a bit better.
Also, like sjade said, the plants in the field look disproportionate to the girl. As for colors, I like the orange, but I think that the pink of the girl's dress clash with the orange.

The idea life of it is great, and it was executed very well. However, it wasn't enough. I personally think that you should add more people to the scene.

Or magic or butterflies or something, but this looks a bit too lonely.
