This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.
While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.
This is Riku Harada, one of my favorite characters in DN Angel, and I wanted to make a wallpaper based on her, so here it is. I really like that picture, and I was planning to add another picture of her but decided not to since it already looked complete. Well I hope you guys like it.
I like the light blue and purple background! From the little circles on the left, to the aura looking thing on the right. It looks very kawaii. ^^ The wings on her also look pretty cute, and the vibrant colors of the scan goes along pretty nicely with the pretty light and blue background. ^^ One suggestion I would make is to keep the words below "I hadn't notice" the same type of font as it, because it's kinda hard to read, and just looks kinda weird with the top being a normal font, and the bottom being all cursive. But other then that. Very nice wall! Excellent job! =)
I love this wallpaper! Its such a gorgeous image of Riku. She's one of my favourite characters from DN Angel. The wings you drew on her are beautiful, and match the scan very well. This is a fave for me!
I like the cleaness of this wallpaper, its simplicity is matched by the cute yet versitile character. The minor designs in the back helps kick out the main focus more so everything is pretty much balanced

Nice random effects all over the background. Diagonal scanlines... that's something you don't see often. That's something new on here anyhow. Good curve triangle wing effect. Either unintentional or intentional it make it look like those wings are stuck behind her. Pretty neat. Nice overall.
