After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
I just recently started to watch this series and found it very funny. So I thought why not try making a wallpaper out of the main character. This is what I came up with and I used Photoshop CS3.
I like where you're going with this. And it's better if you make the signature your own username.
But there are a few things you can do to improve this wall:
1) The quality isn't very good so you need to vector or paint the whole thing.
2) I don't think the eye and the guy on the left are necessary, or you can just remove the guy in front. Try different things until it looks good.
3) The font used for both texts is not so good, but I'd remove the black at the top and bottom altogether, I think it'll make the wall look better.
4) And higher resolutions are always better ^^
Well to be honest your wallpaper at this moment and time looks terrible but, don't fret I'll help you out. I have to first mention whats wrong with it before I can explain how you can fix it.
First, your extractions look rather jagged and rough. This leads me to believe that your still a novice when it comes to the selection tools in photoshop. The most I can do for advice is to direct you to the tutorials in the links I provide. Master Photoshop Selection The Selection Tools
If your wondering why I'm directing to these tutorials. If you know how to better use selection tools you can get a better extract an object from a picture.
Second, You need source images of much higher quality then what you have right now. Now I'm sure your wondering what a high quality picture could be. High quality images in most cases are very large pictures that are clear. There are plenty of examples of those in the Scans gallery here on Anime Paper although they are not the only examples you can find on the internet.
Lastly, the various elements in your wallpaper clash which makes it hard to discern what the subject of the wallpaper is. Though in your case its pretty obvious who the subject is but, the background distracts from the one in the front. That is pretty much it when it comes to you wallpaper.
Here are a couple tutorial sites that you can use in the future. I find them useful myself so, I hope you can too. Planet Photoshop
Actually I was attracted to this wallpaper when I saw the thumbnail because of its colors.
because scenes that are usually like this is a mixture of balck and red. it's a new one for balck and fushia.
Hmm.. Areas for improvement:
Character extraction.
Add a bit darker shades to the character itself.
The eye on the left give a creepy feeling hahaha nice one there although ghosting effect is not that appreciated.
There's too many to look at, like there are 4 parts in a wallpaper.
Your wallpaper need not be full in order to be nice.

Sorry to disappoint you but you better have to go read the FAQ. You may not use parts of other people's wallpapers.
