After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!
Phew, managed to finish this wall while it's still somewhat warm here...Where did my summer go? I want it baaaack! T___T
So, I vectored the lines, painted the rest, added water droplets around Maka a bit (unless that's really a flying fish in the scan that doesn't swim in water...everything's possible in Soul Eater... >_>) played with curves and colors a bit and that was basically it. Took me a day or so to finish this.
I wanted to paint this in SAI but for some reason, SAI is being a paint pooper and doesn't want to accept my tablet pen, booo! >__<
Also, some people wanted me to make a skin painting tutorial so you can check it out HERE.

But I love the painting in this wall, very cute.
I have a few suggestions, the sky looks too dark on top I think...
maybe switch it with the light side? maybe it's just me O_o
The water is nice tho it's too blurry, looks more like glue...maybe a clear more sharp
circle will help it to look like real water ^^

Very clean on full view. I'm not sure why there's an awesome fish in this wallpaper but I'm not complaining XD! Not too much of a fan of the default photoshop lens flare but you can hardly see it anyway! Great work!
Ah, so nice. I miss summer because of this wall. Colorful and looks playful, and it definitely influences lively atmosphere. The painting was so smooth and very well done. I like the painting for the fish and Maka's skin.
Your tut is awesome. I will try that some time in the future.
