There's way too much negative space going on in there, Kakashi doesn't look like he fits in at all, looks kind of like a post board in front of a wall, if you know what I mean. The floral pattern looking things in the background just ruins the whole piece and takes away from any good composition the piece has.

As for Kakashi, that part isn't known for sure yet. Anyway, I would very highly suggest putting that in a spoiler tag...anybody watching the anime or only casually reading the manga won't know about that yet.

I don't know if you vectored the scan or not, but it looks very clean, so nice work with the vectoring if you were the one who did it.
