Your wall makes me smile. You have the distinct honor of having the only Hetalia wall in the community! I think there's a few things that you could improve with this.

For one, Italia says, "Pasta!" and that's it. In the anime it doesn't get translated as "I want Pasta~". That squiggly on the wall is too close to Nihon's arm and the crook of his elbow. By looking at the thumb, the squiggly looks weird, almost like a mistake was made. Also the font you're using seems wrong for the theme. When I see the font, I think maracas and salsa and rumba and not Italia or Hetalia or any of the guys on the image.

When I saw your wall, I thought Chibitalia looked out of place. Was he excited from playing around and had a stick in his hand and his arms up because he's...a silly boy? Well when I saw the original scan, I realized that he was "conducting" Italia. That's a baton in his hand. I think some of that is lost in the cropping at the bottom of the image.

I think you used something like a stamp in PS (did you use PS? I don't know) and it doesn't blend very well with the image. I see in the original there's something similar but it's part of the background and it's more subtle and less obtrusive.

I like the idea of the stars around Italia but have you seen the latest episode (23 actually) where Doitsu is wondering why Italia is so weak? You see Italia with these like pink circles coming out of his head. I think of that as Italia being a ditzy boy with emptyness in his head. Like in the old cartoons when a character hit its head and it sees stars or birds going around its head. Kinda like that.

I think that's all I have for you now. I hope you don't take it the wrong way. I think you can improve on this idea and take it a bit farther. :D
