Nice painting, love the original character design and the clouds.
The rendering on the dude is also pretty good, although I have minor complaints about the arms being slightly too long and too many mountain peaks.

Overall, very very nicely done and I can definitely appreciate your effort making this coz I'm also learning how to paint and I know how hard it is to paint esp something as original like this.

You are an excellent painter if that is the case, My only qualm is how weird the character's nose is, the whole background is fantastic that is definite, and of course, what really cuts out was the whole texture of the mountains, I believe a little bit more won't hurt on that aspect. The muscles... I recommend you to study more anatomic styles, artists like Tenjo Tenge's Oh Great took great effort in developing muscles in his artwork, yours lack a reality like feeling still, I think consider how well the background is constructed it would have been a shame if you don't put a character (with his shirt off too) with similiar and lovely detail
