Even when is quite some rain here, I wish you used less blur on the image. If you taked the time to vector it, then being cleaner is always a better choice.
And also a bigger resolution. If you vector, in BIG! 1600x1200 is just ideal.

The rain and the simplicity of the picture makes it nice.

Nice and simple. I like it. But I do agree, you should have used less blur, the vector will look more cleaner that way. Also thicker and heavier outlines would have been better especially to emphasize reborn's face. But nonetheless, it's still nice.
