ah this scene. xD it takes me months back to when i was helping astrologica do her wall of this exact same scene. aha, here it is! i think that this is truth for most people -- when we know two walls with similar concepts, we tend to compare them. ^^; i kinda did that here.

a minor note about the colors: rukia and ichigo's skin tones seem to be a little dead and grayish. but on the whole, your vectoring is pretty nicely done. for a first wall, you are off to a good start. there are some thoughts/feedback i'd like to share though. i feel as if the simple blue gradient background doesn't do this scene justice. this image could have had so much more dramatic impact on the viewer if there had been other elements beside the character vectors and the airbrushed hollow to build some sense of imminent danger/dread. this is a pivotal moment in the storyline, after all, and it deserves a tangible atmosphere to convey the urgent mood and grab our attention.

again, a good start. keep on walling! =]
