Theres nothing more to say. Well, I guess I can copy what most people said already. Amazing vectors, beautiful background, cute Kotomi, and... for me, I actually like how you slightly changed the background from the original scan. In fact, that slight change makes your wallpaper look very different from the scan. The tint of orange in your background emits a stronger mood/feeling from the wallpaper that doesn't come from the scan. Very nice.
