My attempt at mimicking the R1 DVD covers in a wallpaper-sized format. The concept I had and the final result are very different, but I'm pleased with the result.
The reasons for the "empty space" on the sides is two fold: this was originally going to be a standard sized wall (instead of the current widescreen look), and to also please Mac users, who tend to have their icons on the right side.
The background texture is a scan of the wedding invite card I got from my sister. Seemed fitting to use.
Website will launch when I have enough content; the design is more or less finished. Granted, I cheated by using Wordpress and modding the style to hell, but that's another story for another time.
