This is my entry for The Vectorness group November + December's vectoring and wallpaper competition under the heading fantasy.
Tsubasa Chronicle. It's so popular even almost every of the scans seemed to have been walled. But then, it's by Clamp, I couldn't hold myself back. XD
But my first plan for this theme was actually to wall Fire Emblem. I love the character scans so much they're so beautiful. But I couldn't think of any better background for it so I gave up. But I still have the scan. You can check it out here. Roy and Lilina Doujinshi.
And then I turned to look for some scans in the Final Fantasy Tactics category. Then I saw this scan. It's a unicorn. It looks too mystical to be vectored. And in the end I just couldn't vector this one because of the extreme details. I'd be crazy before I finish vectoring this, seriously.
So, in the end, I looked through the scans I've downloaded all these while and found this scan. No one tried walling this scan yet so I'd it try out for myself. ^^
I vectored and re-draw Syaoran's cloak. Oh I just love those thick black outlines, they're just so attractive. XD And then I moved on to vector the outlines and brushed these sakura flowers I found in Stock Xchange. They were originally pink with red centre and yellow buds, but I played with the colour adjustments a little and got this colour.
Then I add a texture which I got from Aethereality and added a little light effect and some brushes, a little text and there.
The title... if you've read the latest TRC manga chapters you'll know the reason. But otherwise, it's just a small hint of spoiler. But the title sounds lame huh... >.< Not good at making a nice title.
P/s: I don't worship Syaoran so don't worry, I won't steal Syaoran away from all the Syaoran-kun fans out there. But if you're willing to spare me Touya that would be great. XD
EDIT: The colour red look crappy because of the shrinken quality. Fixed that up.
