After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Title lifted from a Farscape episode (2x22). Nothing else seemed to fit, really.

So! My first vector, and it turned out pretty good IMO. Doesn't compare to some of the other vector walls I've seen, but I'm happy with it all the same. Had I known vectoring was so relaxing (it's like making your own constellations!), I might have tried it sooner. I realize it looks kind of pixellated and artifact-y in the thumbnail (D:), but it really isn't. Full view ftw!

I started playing Shadow Hearts: From The New World the other day, and as a result I'm longing for the totally awesome SHII. Oh Yuri, you made me cryyyy.

Anyways, pictured here are Yuri and Karin. Man, woman; demonic, angelic; cool, hot. Opposites, but not totally so. Enough to justify the title. :D

There was a 1600x1200 version, but since I originally vectored the thing in 1280x960, it didn't really size-up well. I need a new monitor like whoa. :S

ps. this wall reminds me of an old-school pirate tattoo. I think it's because of Karin's bodaciousness. :3

I love the vector and the whole idea it looks really amazing. However, you can call me shallow but I'm not too fond of having naked MEN on my desktop XD

I don't particularly mind naked men on my desktop, especially if they're as gorgeous as my sweetie Yuri...
I can only say Covenant is by far the best title of the series, and Yuri/Karin such a believable couple with such a tragic ending...

Well, I must say I'm truly impressed by your skills (and you're just a vectoring newbie XD). But skills are not everything, if you make a bad composition or sth like that, everything can look bad in the end.
However, this is not the case here (yay!) - I really like your idea for this wallpaper, and the way it turned out - and I'm always glad to see a wallpaper that is original and looks great too.
Well, this is my fav, obviously ^-^

Nice, I like the "rough" style and simplicity always counts =)
Very nice touch with the wings, my only complain would be about girl´s face, bit strange but other than that it´s cool one.

i've no idea who these chars are lol but nice work :D

btw for me i usually vector things in a separate file and it's in a humongous resolution to accomodate most wall resolutions and to avoid jaggies (i use PS btw for my pseudo vectors)

I like the slightly unconventional color choice, though I think Karin's more the red-type (given the whole fire element thing...but hey, who cares?). Very nice. Shadow Hearts and Farscape are badass.

Actually, it's Yuri and Alice, not Yuri and Karen. You can see that more clearly in the original, which you can find here. Still, not bad.
