After playing the game and reading the first manga, I thought I'd make a full wallpaper on it. Love for Disgaea!
Anyway, this wallpaper was an interesting one to make. I found this great render from PlanetRenders, but then I was sort of stuck. It was in Photoshop with nothing really there, and while I'm alright at graphics, I can't make a custom background in Photoshop for a wallpaper to save my life. It's one of the things that worried me while making my previous walls for AP.
However I got it down, deciding the focus would be on the foreground with Etna, and of course, her Prinny. Inspiration for the title actually came from the render, and that scene from the manga where she's making the Prinnies explode that randomly came into my head. Anyway. >_>
I was experimenting with various things to make it look grunge-ish and dark, and while it definitely did turn out dark, I'm not sure if my main effect was reached, but hey, it turned out better than I thought.
