Vectored from two main screenshots, with various other adjustments (like removing the jam jar cover):
For those who don't know, yes, the jam is supposed to be glowing. Toxic. Radioactive. etc.
By all accounts, it's nasty and inedible:
It's even the basis for Akiko's overdrive attack in EFZ game:
