Alrighty. I'm trying for a submission. If you're looking at it, it was successful! ^_^
Anyways, a little about my wallpaper. The background with all those shapes was actually made about six months ago on a day where I was incredibally bored. Six months later, I decided there was no purpose to this...image...so I added Sasuke in there, played around with it, then decided to submit it to Session Zero. There it was critiqued by a few kind AP members, though I was rather frustrated from the lack of feed back.
I messed around with it some more on the advice of a member. Then messed around with it some more. Then some more. I do believe I went through seven or eight versions of this wall,though I am unsure of the actual number. Well, I ended with this result, which I am rather satisfied with and hope you will like.
This wall was created with a final total of 46 layers, most of it devoted to those random shapes. I used the polygon lasso tool, a few layer masks, layer effects and yeah...this is it.
Oh, the characters were done by me on my tablet. I have an atrociously shaky hand, and that translated very clearly on to the screen when I was trying to write my characters. They are not the best/prettiest/artsiest characters around, but I did them to the best of my abilities. I hope to improve more on my characters in the future and my tablet skills in general, so that things can turn out the way I imagine. Don't you just hate it when that doesn't happen?
Also, I mentioned this in my Session Zero post, but depending on the contrast of your monitor, you might not think this is a great paper at all. I don't know what it is about my monitor, but all the effects show up perfectly fine. At school, I viewed my paper and was dismayed to find that almost nothing showed up except for the red and Sasuke.
So yeah, I can understand if you don't like this paper at all. ^_^ Cheers.
And for the AP admin, I am SilverGenesis. It's now my official alias for anything and everything. happyneko was my previous one that I don't use any more. But I didn't feel like creating a new AP account. Thankies all and please enjoy my wallpaper. ^_^
