This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

This wallpaper was originally going to be a Collaboration with Kaorux but due to a few judgement errors on my part we've decided on a different creative direction so we have called a different Collab.
I'll clear this up I am not taking credit for the work of others I didn't balance this project according to our talents.

Anyway the Idea of this wall is to show how Roy Mustang has been affected by the death of his good friend Hughs

Character
Roy Mustang I vectored myself for this wall, the vector took about 5 or so hours to make Sorry Guys My vectoring Needs Work.( )# emoticon and Maes Hughs who only appears in the background picture.

Background
The Background was the hardest part to make, well the hardest part was thinking of the background to use.
I decided to go with my take on the General's New Office.
with a sunset background and a few Shadings for effect
the background took me about 3-4 including some thought and 16 remakes of this setting and I settled on this one.

I just have to say first, that I hate the direction the writers took with Roy's character in the anime...it's not him AT ALL!
(I hate "eyepatch Roy" as well)
That aside, it doesn't take away from the fact that this is a nice wallpaper. The composition is great, love the sunset in the back, and your vector has a few jagged lines, but it's barely noticeable.

It is a very good wallpaper.
It gets it.
It survives very much by having looked for the image that roy mustang colonel's
eyepatch does.

It is good in feeling that the photograph with the maes haughes commander who has
decorated it behind the roy mustang colonel is painful.

I love the gloom atmosphere you get with those effects ^^
It's really agreed with sad pic and it contrasts with photograph at wall.
But i think BG seems a little weird. I see it too plain, where is the depth? O.o
Anyway, Roy's vector is nice ^^

It's Nice Wallpaper.
Gloomy and Dark Colors are Very Heavy and Gravity. They are Well-Match for Mustang's Pathetic Face Filled with Sorrow.
Sunset Outside the Window is Really Really Graceful and Beautiful. It Keeps Stable Balance with Others in the Scene and Expresses Its Own Existance. Smooth Shadow of Trees Stand Still Provide the Sunset with Calm and Silent Atmosphere.
The Photo in the Wall is His Nostalgia Itself. His Face with Lost Friend and His Face of Now Create Tragic Contrast.

I don't know but this one seems plain to me. Maybe it's caused by the orange theme, if you could try to reduce the film, for example let it come only from the windows and the character could be cleaner or something, the wall would look much better.
However, it's nicely done anyway. Especially the sunset is great, it's also in a good quality and the pic behind him is lovely.

Really like the soft sun light shining through and the solemn look on Roy's face. The death of Hughs got me into tears. That background picture of them two is sweet... it really has an effect. Thank you so much!

Awesome wallpaper.

I love the scan of Roy Mustang, it looks very clean and it's very detailed.

And the background ... it's just WHOA XD

Excellent work making all that, I can't imagine how much work and time you invested on this wallpaper but I'm sure that it was plenty and I gotta say that it really paid off cause this wallpaper looks really good ^^

Loving the colour theme. For the most part I like to see walls as a background; something that you can put stuff on without messing up the look. This wall definitely pulls that off without looking bland.
