It's simply beautiful what you have done here. I saw the scan you used and I have to tell you the transformation is amazing! The vector is so clean and neat (did you used Illustrator or Photoshop for the vectoring?) And about her eyes, did you used a photo as a reference to vector them because the girl's eyes in the scan look pretty flat and simple and in your wallpaper they look gorgerous!
The title is very suitable for the concept you want to show and I think it was a very original idea to draw a clock in her hair, I have never seen that before and I really like it!
About the grey tones I think they are great but haven't you thought of painting the sakuras pink, or the girl's eyes blue, or perhaps the flowers in her hair or the clock with different tones? I think that would give the entire wallpaper an interesting touch. Anyway, I love the style of your wallpaper and I really hope to see more from you in the near future ^_^

What a nice composition. The absence of colors really does a lot for the atmosphere of the wallpaper. I especially like the detailing in the hair, you must have made a lot of effort to make it look so smooth. Favorited.
