Yeah~
I vectored the characters and made the BG from two abstract images and made a lot of adjustments in the BG till it reach that result , i made it in PS CS4 , Hope you like it .

The vector is a tad jagged. Also can't tell the background is much, except a lot of black with red dots and streaks here and there. Try using more than one color if you're going to use color. Because Naruto and Sasuke's clothing grabs the eyes, perhaps the BG should have been something neutral or soft.

Their reversed position is flowing serious atmosphere in the wallpaper. They are good friend or rivial I wonder.

I think it's too simple, and too dark. But the concept is good :) But Sasuke doesn't look cool and mysterious!
