Woohoo! My first wall got in!
I just woke up after a long day here in the hospital and I saw that my wall got in! I'm glad it did! This wall was inspired by Methane's work (Byakuya's Senbonzakura Kageyoshi), so I tried my hand on silhouetting the main character and putting emphasis on the hero (or villains) abilities. This wall was hopefully the new (and improved) version of the one I submitted a few days ago at session zero. The rasen shuriken was a shuriken painted on top of a twirled group of lines that I tried warping in such a way that it looks like a whirlwind (hence the "fuuton" or wind feature and color of this wall). As for Naruto, its just an extraction from the manga (chapter 460 something). His image had reduced exposure, but I tried putting a mask on certain parts of his body and increase the saturation of cyan, making him look like his basking under the jutsu's glow. The foreground is a bunch of layers of blurred paints of varying tones of light blue that was smudged in such a way that they have a rippling effect from the caster of the jutsu.
Of course, this wall pales in comparison to those made by the more seasoned wallers here. I hope to learn from you guys (and girls). Thanks so much, Nyshan, Rin-chan and all the others for giving their comments at session zero.
Well, I'm going to do some brainstorming on the road today. I'm off to a medical mission at the countryside. My next wall would be about Naruto's arch-rival, Sasuke, and his cool jutsu, Susano-o
