After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

I found a scan of Fuu on MT and I really thought that she looked really beautiful and realistic looking, almost like a painted portrait, so I decided to wall it in my own way. Since I'm new to the walling thing, it took me about 2 months to clean the scan as best as I knew how. It took me 1 week to do the background of the orginial wall that I was planning on submitting, but I didn't like it and ended up revamping it. So this is my result. :)

I like the colors and the idea is really intresting...but the quality could be a bit better...but it's really nice work so keep it up :)

Let me just say that I love the style used here. It fits well with this portrait view of Foo and Samurai Champloo, as a whole. It gives her this really enchanting power over the observer. I would like this wall a lot more if it was a little cleaner looking. I say this because some areas look unnecessarily blurry. Namely, the hair and face. Or maybe that was done on purpose to better accentuate the feeling of a hand painted portrait. Aside from that, I looks good and I like the idea you had for this wall. Nice work. Take care.

Anyway!I liked the work you did on cleaning the scan . The background is nicely done too !
The kanji next to the title of the anime are awesome :) So are the colors you used!Cheerful and warm :)

This is definitely one of the more interesting "cleaning" of scans I've ever seen.

Looks almost like one of those Chinese style posters you see posted everywhere on Village streets - has a very cultural flavor to it.

Nice job.

I'd love to see the original scan (to see how far the before-and-after went).

I pretty like this wallpaper actually ;) It's well done, nicely done and not crowded at all ^^ That image of Fuu is really pretty, and I agree with you that Fuu definetly looks pretty ^^ And almost realistic too. She looks a little too heavily filtered, but I guess that's a really nice effect to the rest of the wallpaper ^.~

The sunflowers relate back to the anime about the Sunflower Samurai ;) That's also a really nice touch to the wallpaper and the butterflies are really nice too ^^ And the colours just top off the wallpaper ;D Nicely done~!

Simply beautiful, the warm smile on Fuu chans face brings back the memories of her adventure and the background is rather well designed, seasonal essence of summer fading into autumn.
